From the Year Prep Classroom

Dear Prep Families,

In reading we have been enjoying reading a variety of books by Nick Bland. We have been discussing the different emotions that we notice in the characters and making connections to our real-life experiences.  

In Writing we have been experimenting with different ways we can include characters voices and ideas in our writing including using speech and thought bubbles. 

In Maths we have been enjoying investigating all things measurement with lots of hands of learning and fun activities! 

We enjoyed our incursion with Leanne and Ditto learning all about keeping our bodies safe and healthy. We particularly loved singing some songs and getting up for a dance!
