Good Luck to the Year 10 boys Netball team competing in the first Macarthur Zone Gala on Wednesday this week. Go Team Camden!

Stage 6 PDHPE students completed their first aid course in week 8. This course is part of the learning content in PDHPE. All students completed the course with due diligence and successfully received their first aid certificate. 

Junior Sport: Year 7 and 8 are continuing their sports rotation where they are enjoying a variety of sports around the local community and at school. These sport rotations are used to provide a range of sporting opportunities, so that students can make informed decisions in senior sport.  

Congratulations to Lara, who has been selected to play in the Wests Tigers U18s ROAR program against Newcastle Knights. This is a specialised program who look to target young players in preparation for the U18s Tarsha Gale competition which is played over the summer.

Spring Sport Rotation

Sports have now been allocated to students and online permission notes distributed. Please ensure that any students who are going to offsite venues have their permission note submitted otherwise they will not be able to leave Camden High School on the buses.

Razorback Gala Day Referees

Huge congratulations to the Camden High students who have represented at all Razorback Zone Gala days this term. Feedback from all involved, includes:

Adam - Australian Baseball

One of our current year 12 students, Adam, has been selected to compete for Team Australia in the U18 Baseball World Cup. This is currently being held in Taiwan.  He was the starting pitcher in the opening game against the host nation Chinese Taipei. Although they didn’t win the game, he left an impressive mark! 

We wish Adam and his team mates all the best of luck as they continue the tournament.
