News and Reminders
HOLY CROSS FEAST DAY
On Monday, we will celebrate our Holy Cross Feast Day. Students are to wear their full sports uniform. A hat is also a good idea!
The P&F (Parents & Friends) will provide a pizza lunch for all students. Please check Operoo for more details about the lunch.
All families are invited to join us in the Multi-Purpose Room for a Prayer Gathering at 2:45 p.m.

HOT DOG AND FOOTY COLOURS DAY
A reminder that next Thursday 18th September, children are invited to come to school dressed in their footy colours. Hot Dogs are available for lunch - please order through CDF Pay before Tuesday 16th at 8.00pm.
SCHOOL CLOSURE DAY - FRIDAY 19TH SEPTEMBER
Children will finish Term 3 on Thursday 18th September at the normal time of 3.30pm.
On Friday 19th, staff will be taking part in a Professional Learning day at the school.
Outdoor Education - Resources needed
In the coming weeks, students will be designing and making some new Microhabitats in Outdoor Education. If any families have any of the following items and wish to donate some we would be most appreciative:
- Pine cones,
- pebbles/rocks
- Bark/small logs
- sticks
- Bags of leaves (wet or dry)
- bamboo
- old pots
If you do, please simply send them in a shopping bag or drop them off at the office. Thankyou!
