2025 End of Year Celebrations and Annual General Meeting

We are proud to invite all parents and carers from the Footscray West Primary School community to attend our 2025 End of Year Celebration and Annual General Meeting.

Date: 15th September 2025

Time: 6.00pm-7:00pm

Location: Footscray West Primary School staff meeting room

Join us as we:

Highlight our achievements and contributions in 2025
Celebrate the contributions of all of our volunteers
Reflect on challenges and future opportunities
Elect committee members for 2026

We are looking for fresh faces from all year levels to join our team and help shape our events and activities in 2026. Volunteering in the PA is a rewarding way to connect with your child’s school, we warmly encourage all parents and carers to get involved. It is the individual contributions - large or small - that drive the success of our events, making a difference to our school and your child. All committee positions will be open for nomination.

Father's and Special Person's Day Stall - almost there with the Volunteers - just a few people short

We're looking for volunteers for:

x2 volunteers to set up the stall on the day before Thursday 4th of September 3pm-4pm
x2 volunteers to run the stall from 10am -1pm.
x2 volunteers to run the stall from 12pm-1pm
x3 volunteers to help pack up the stall from 1pm -2pm

Junior Bake Sale - Friday, 12th of September - We Need Volunteers

Preps are in the lead with the baked donations for the junior bake sale.

We're looking for Grade 1 and Grade 2 families that can help with donating baked goods for the stall. If you can help, please sign up here:
