Celebrating Principals’ Day - Friday 7 August 2026

On Friday, 7 August, we celebrate Principals’ Day, an opportunity to recognise and thank our school leaders, Ruth, Bron and Michelle, for their dedication, leadership, and commitment to our school community.

We acknowledge the important role principals play in supporting students, staff, and families, while leading teaching, learning, wellbeing, and school improvement every day.

We thank our leadership team for the care, guidance, and vision they bring to our school community.

Grade 3-6 House Athletics Day

Our Grade 3-6 students enjoyed a fantastic day of competition, teamwork and school spirit at the Moorabbin Little Athletics Track for this year's House Athletics Day.

Dressed in their House colours our students enthusiastically participated in a range of track and field events, including sprints, 800m, long jump, triple jump, shot put and discus. Throughout the day, students challenged themselves to do their personal best while earning valuable points for their house teams. The winning house will be announced at assembly on Friday 31st August.

It was wonderful to see students encouraging one another, celebrating achievements and demonstrating resilience, determination and excellent sportsmanship. Whether competing on the track, cheering from the sidelines or helping at events, everyone contributed to making the day a success.

A big thank you goes to our staff and parent volunteers for their support and organisation, ensuring the day ran smoothly. We also congratulate all students for their outstanding behaviour and positive attitudes, which made us incredibly proud.

We look forward to celebrating the achievements of students who have qualified to represent our school at the next level of competition on 24th August. The District Athletics Team will be announced shortly.
