Year 10 Immunisation

The City of Ballarat Immunisation Team will visit Ballarat High School on Thursday 3rd September 2026 to administer the Meningococcal ACYW vaccine to Year 10 students.

To allow your child to participate, you must provide consent online. Please use the link below to complete the consent form.

You will need your mobile phone to proceed. The link also contains further information about the program and the vaccine.

All immunisations will be uploaded to Medicare within 48 hours. Updated records will then be available through myGov.
