The Education levy, Excursion levy and Digital Technology levy encompasses all of the educational costs associated with your child at their relevant year level.
A separate Camp charge is applied in Years 4, 5 and 6 to accommodate this learning experience. This charge includes all costs associated with taking each child to camp, including all meals and activities for the duration of the Camp, except lunch on the first day.
The Education levy, Excursion levy and Digital Technology Levy is due by Friday 28 February.
The Family fee and Capital levy can be paid in instalments as follows:

Accepted payment methods are cash, cheque, credit card, eftpos, direct credit and direct debit. Statements will be issued later this month. Please note you do not need to wait to receive your statement, you may make a payment at any time.
Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund:
In 2025, $154 per student (primary) will be provided by the Victorian Government to assist eligible families to cover the costs of excursion, camps and sporting activities
School Saving Bonus:
In 2025, a one-off $400 School Saving Bonus will be paid to eligible families. Non-government school students who are receiving the means-tested CSEF are eligible for the School Savings Bonus. Please contact the school office if you require additional information regarding the School Saving Bonus.
Concessional Fee Policy:
A concessional fee policy exists to assist eligible families in accessing a Catholic primary education. The concessional fee is an amount determined by Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools (MACS), and covers tuition fees and levies. Other charges such as Camps are not covered, and will be charged in addition to the concessional fee.

Statements are issued via email at the beginning of the school year and at the start of each term. The Family fee and Capital levy can be paid in instalments. You may settle your account using cash, cheque, credit card, EFTPOS, direct credit and direct debit.
