P & F

P&F

The P & F Association recognises and values the role that parents/carers play in the education of their children and aims to strengthen the partnership between family, school, parish and the wider community for the benefit of the faith formation, development and learning of all the students at the school.  The P & F Association has an important role in the school by providing opportunities for social events and for fundraising for the school.   The Office Bearers/Executive Committee is responsible for the management of the Association and is comprised of the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer, together with ex-officio members (Principal and Parish Priest) and any other members elected at the AGM (held in Term 1 each year) meetings are held once a month.

Thank you to everyone who came to the P&F's Annual General Meeting as part of our Parent Information Night on Tuesday, it is very much appreciated. I would personally like to thank the various parents who put their hand up to be on the committee this year. Our committee members for 2025 are:

A little note from your P&F

Have you ever wondered what the Parents and Friends (P&F) Association actually does? At our last P&F meeting, we thought it would be helpful to share a little insight into how we support St Pat's!

The P&F is open to any parent or friend of the school who wants to join.

It’s a great way to connect with other parents while staying informed about what’s happening in our school community.

When I first joined I didn’t realise just how much the P&F contributes to our school. Things I thought were included in our school fees were actually P&F  funded.

(We help fund educational programs, purchase equipment, and support various upgrades to ensure our children have the best possible learning environment.)

When we ask for donations or volunteers, there is never any obligation to contribute. We completely understand that everyone has busy lives and financial pressures. When we do seek support, it’s always with the goal of enhancing our children’s education and improving our school for everyone.

We love our school and feel so fortunate to have access to such great resources and opportunities for our children. The P&F is here to help make St Patrick’s the best it can be.

If anyone would like to know more about how the P&F operates or would like to get involved please feel free to contact any of the executive committee or the school.

Regards

Elyce
