Diocesan Swimming Carnival Tomorrow

Good luck to Lilah, Henry, Angus, Albert, Tom L, Florence, Josie, Benji, Airlee, Will, Grace S, Grace F, Jessica and Harry F who will be representing the school at the Diocesan Swimming Carnival tomorrow in Gunnedah. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all of them and wish them the best of luck!  A round-up of the day will be included in the next edition of the newsletter.

Diocesan Winter Trials

 We will be having nine students representing our school in the Diocesan Winter Trials that will take place on Wednesday (Hockey) and Friday (Netball, Rugby League and Football) next week at Tamworth. Grace and Jessica are going to try for a spot in the Girls Hockey team. Bentley in the Opens Rugby League, Emily, Claire and Katie in the Girls Football and Albert, Angus, Henry, and Lochie in the Boys Football. We wish them the best of luck.

Wednesday 6th March-Diocesan Winter Trials (Hockey only at Tamworth)

Friday 8th March- Diocesan Winter Trials (Football, Netball and Rugby League at

                                   Tamworth)

Friday 5th April- Diocesan Cricket and Touch Trials (Tamworth)

Wednesday 10th April- School Cross Country at John Oxley Sporting Fields

St Patrick's Primary Sports Handbook

St Patrick's now has an official sports handbook and it has been updated after the school swimming carnival held recently. This book is designed to give all members associated with our school a clearer understanding of when our school conducts our various sporting carnivals, the processes/qualifying times involved for students who want to represent our school at Diocesan sporting events as well as an explanation of the representative sporting pathways your child may want to undertake in their respective sports.
