As part of our Literacy learning, the Prep students explored how to write an invitation by creating a special invitation for their teddy bear to attend our Teddy Bears' Picnic. We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon filled with games, singing and a picnic of fairy bread and delicious oranges. The students also practised using descriptive language by speaking about their teddy bears, including their colour, body parts and something special about them.
Many children shared stories, such as their teddy belonging to their dad when he was little or receiving it as a baby. It was wonderful to see such a fantastic collection of teddy bears in all different shapes, sizes and colours, with each one having its own special story.

Come for breaky… second breakfast… or even third breakfast — all are welcome!
Our new Foundation students enjoyed trying out Breakfast Club for the first time and it’s safe to say they absolutely loved it! There were smiles, full tummies and a wonderful sense of community to start the day.
Breakfast Club is a beautiful way to gather, connect and ensure everyone begins the morning feeling nourished and ready to learn.
We look forward to welcoming more students as we continue to grow this special initiative.
