Travel Training

Travel Training aims to help those student's who need extra assistance and support making journeys safe when travelling by them self. The students strive being able to be a part of a team with the guidance of teachers to gain knowledge and an understanding of how public transport works.

Travel Training can be delivered on a group basis, in order to meet the needs and abilities of the student's. This week the students travelled by train to visit the State Library where they did a self guided tour.  They visited the dome and saw original copies of books like "Alice in Wonderland" and "Shakespeare" that were 400-500 years old. This was a highlight of the students visit.
