                                         Friday 27th October 2024

Held annually on the last Friday of October, Day for Daniel honor's the memory of Daniel Morcombe. This year we will be supporting Day for Daniel on Friday 27th October.  

The Daniel Morcombe Foundation would like to see a future where all children and young people are provided with education, protection and support to be safe from abuse and risk of harm.  The Daniel Morcombe Foundation provides personal child safety education to children and young people to prevent abuse and promote lifelong health and wellbeing. 

Help us remember Daniel by wearing the colour red that represents child safety and our Foundation.

On this day, students and staff can wear red clothing  and accessories to mark the day. Classroom teachers will plan a lesson that will cover personal safety and keeping safe. 

On Friday 27th October, we kindly request that students bring along a gold coin to donate to the foundation to support the ongoing work that they do to promote safety for our young people.
