Division Cross Country
On Thursday 4 June, Sophia Youhana, Ali Watfa, Israr Nadiri and James Mustafa represented our school at the Woodlands Division Cross Country after finishing in the top 12 at the Greenvale District event.
Despite the cold, wet and windy conditions at the Kilmore Racing Club, our students competed with determination and resilience. The muddy course and heavy grass made the event especially challenging, and each runner faced a field of approximately 60 talented competitors in their age group.
All four students represented the school with pride, displaying excellent sportsmanship, perseverance and skill throughout the day. Their efforts were rewarded with strong performances, with each student finishing within the top 40 in their respective event.
Sophia, Ali, Israr and James should be extremely proud of the way they conducted themselves throughout the event. They continue to demonstrate the qualities of outstanding leaders within our school community.
Well done to all four students on their outstanding achievement!
