Principal's Message
Mr Forrest
I hope everybody had a great September holiday break and now ready for the final school term for 2025. We wish the Year 12 VCE students all the very best for their upcoming exams in week four. Their final formal day of classes is this Friday the 17th of October. We will have a special whole school assembly for the Year 12's on that day, commencing at 10am, followed by a morning tea with staff and a luncheon.

With the weather finally starting to warm up, its time to think about our safety again as we are more inclined to be out and about. Keep an eye out for any slithery snake friends as they are on the move at the moment.
Remember we are in sun smart mode, so all students will need to wear a broad brimmed hat outside. Please remember to always wear helmets when riding bikes and scooters.

A reminder that on Monday 3rd of November is a Curriculum Day and the following day is the Melbourne Cup Public Holiday. In the past everyone has appreciated the double long weekend as it is the last mini break before Christmas.
Please keep an eye out on COMPASS, Facebook for all information regarding school events this term.
Tuesday we welcomed our 2026 Year 7 Class for a full transition day. It was great to spend an afternoon session with them, in our new food technology room. We look forward to seeing our 2026 Year 7 students return on 3 December for another day of transition, heading towards their commencement 28th of January, 2026.

Today we had the pleasure of celebrating a special milestone with one of our valued Education Support staff members, Tom Dingfelder. It’s not often our staffroom marks a 21st birthday, so it was a wonderful occasion for everyone to come together and share in the moment. Tom is a dedicated and positive member of our team, always willing to lend a hand and support students and staff alike. Congratulations, Tom — enjoy the journey ahead!
