BRIDGE Program

It’s exciting to announce that Aitken College has been selected as one of ten Australian schools to join the Asia Education Foundation BRIDGE program. BRIDGE, which stands for Building Relationships through Intercultural Dialogue and Growing Engagement, connects Australian schools with counterparts across Asia. This program fosters collaboration among teachers and students, allowing them to work on projects, enhance language skills and establish lifelong friendships with their partner schools.

Aitken College is proudly partnered with Sekolah Menengah Umum Negara (SMUN) 54 in Jakarta. SMUN 54 is a co-educational government senior secondary school located in the inner southeast suburbs of Indonesia's capital. We are eager to establish a positive connection with this school and eagerly anticipate future collaborations, especially for students undertaking elective Indonesian in Brookhill.
