Welcome to Term 1

Dear 5/6 Families

Are you ready for a PHENOMENAL school year at St Brigids? We are so excited that your child will be starting their journey into Year 5/6 with us and we hope it will be memorable. 

For the first 2 weeks, we have a lot of exciting things planned for us to get to know each other, developing routines, working on building trust, culminating with Camp at the end of Week 2, before we dive into academics. There are so many interesting topics in Year 5/6 that we will study and we know your child will thoroughly immerse themselves. We will be researching, presenting, and experimenting while allowing them the opportunity to form questions of their own, along with sharing their findings with us in class.
