YEAR 12 STUDENT REMINDERS 

Admission Centres 

• Students can now open their accounts and add preferences 
• The timely Application Fee is due by September 30 at 5:00 pm 
• SEAS and Scholarship applications (VTAC) are due by October 11 at 5:00 pm 

Please check the course entry requirements for: 

• ATAR – Selection Rank 
• Subject Prerequisites 
• Additional Institutional Entry Requirements such as Personal Statements, CASPer, English language declarations, Teacher Capability Statement, Statutory Declarations for Rural & Regional Eligibility, Rurality Form (Medicine), UCAT, interview, folio, or audition. You can refer to the course requirement checklist for more details. 

 Permission for Extended Distribution of ATAR 2024: This form was distributed to relevant students on Thursday, September 5. Please ensure it is returned to me by the end of the term.

SAC ARRANGEMENTS

There are a significant number of students requiring a SAC alternate arrangement. Please ensure you follow the process.

A reminder that SAC Alternate Arrangements are held each Wednesday after school in the Library Seminar Room from 3:30-4:30pm.

Evidence such as a Medical Certificate or Statutory Declaration is required if you have missed an in-class SAC and an alternate arrangement is required.  

UNIT 3/4 HOLIDAY EXAMS

A reminder for students to please ensure that your parent/carer completes the PAM Permission. If there is a student who will miss an exam or unable to participate, please make an appointment with Mr Ficarra via Miss Cavallo.
