Next Tuesday, 11 November, we will hold a special Remembrance Day Assembly at 9:15 am.
An RSL guest speaker will join us to speak with students about the significance of Remembrance Day. Parents and carers are warmly invited to attend.


Remembrance Day Poppies are available at the office from $2 to $50 (cash only).Your support helps Australian veterans and their families.


Our next pupil-free day is on Monday 17 November .
Students are not required to attend school.


Our annual glow disco is on Friday 21st November.
Grade Prep to Grade 2: 5pm to 6:15pm
Grade 3 to Grade 6: 6:30pm to 7:45pm
Tickets are $12 on sale via Qkr. Prizes, glow packs and a calming room will be available for children to enjoy on the evening.


We are delighted to invite all our wonderful volunteers to a special morning tea in the library on Thursday 27th November from 8.30am to 9:30am. If you’ve volunteered in any capacity, we’d love for you to join us! This event is a heartfelt opportunity for our staff to thank you for your time, effort, and contributions that have helped create such a strong community spirit at Toorak Primary School.


Our next Second-hand uniform stall will be open for our 2026 Foundation and current families between 10.30am and 11.30 in the library on-
Quality pre-loved uniforms guaranteed at great prices! We are also calling for more donations as our stock is running low.


Our Foundation 2026 Transition Program has commenced.
To welcome our new parents, we will be holding a morning tea at the end of each of our sessions. This is a lovely opportunity for families to meet, mingle, and get to know one another before starting school in 2026. If you’re available to bake a fresh homemade slice for our second session on Wednesday 12th November, please email the office at toorak.ps@education.vic.gov.au


TGT will be held on Monday, 15 December
Final Acts will close on Wednesday, 10 December. Each item must be a maximum of 3 minutes


On Tuesday 9th December, from 9am to 2pm, our Whole School Transiton Day will take place. Students will find out who their classroom teacher and classmates will be for 2026 as well as the location of their classroom.


Our End of Year Celebration will be held on Tuesday, 9 December, from 5pm to 6pm. Students from all year levels will perform a song, and the performance will take place outside (weather permitting).
