Student Interview with Zoe - Year 6
What do you love about school?
Zoe - There are a lot of things I love about school. I love sport and competing against other schools for interschool sport. I love seeing my friends as well. My favourite subjects are Art and Science.
Were you nervous about starting Year 6?
Zoe - I was nervous about starting Year 6. I was sad that it is our last year of primary school together and that it was going to be the hardest year of school so far.
Who is your hero?
Zoe - My Parents - they are hardworking, and I think they are raising us well. I also looked up to Claudia who was in year 6 last year. We played footy together and she was always kind to me.
Do you play a sport or have a
hobby?
Zoe - I play basketball for the Sharks, we have just moved up to the Under 14s. This year I am also starting footy which I am looking forward to. I love to ride my bike and take my dog, Daisy for walks.
What do you want to be when you grow up?
Zoe- There are a lot of different things I think I would enjoy doing when I grow up. I would like to be a Marine Park Biologist, a Chef, a professional Basketball player or a builder.
What did you see recently that made you smile/be happy?
Zoe - Recently my family got a caravan. This made me smile when I found out we were getting it. I can't wait to go on lots of adventures with my family. My friends make me happy everyday as does my basketball teams.
If you had a wish, what would you wish for?
Zoe -To have a long, happy and healthy life surrounded by friends and family.
