We are Monsters - Important Information!

Dear families,

We are on the home stretch to our fabulous musical performance of 'We are Monsters' tomorrow night, Thursday 3rd July 2025!!

Please see below for important information for the evening, including arrival times for all students and parking.

We Are Monsters – Production Day Information

Early Pick up on Thursday

If you are able to pick up your child before lunch or early in the afternoon on Thursday, we welcome you to do so: this will allow the students to have a rest before the big production! But if you can’t pick up early, then we will make sure that students are having a restful afternoon.

Arrival Time at the theatre

6:00pm – Students having face paint done at the theatre should arrive at 6:00pm.

By 6:15pm – All other students must arrive no later than 6:15pm.

● Upon arrival, students will have their names marked off the attendance roll and will then be taken to the backstage area.

● Please ensure your child gives their jacket to you before going backstage.

The performance begins at 7pm

● Light refreshments, Coffee, Tea, water, juice and Raffle Tickets will be available to purchase along with small snacks & soft drinks/water for the audience members before the performance starts - CASH is preferred!

DISMISSAL ON THE NIGHT:

● Foundation & Year One - Will be dismissed from the stage area.

● Year Two-Six - will meet parents in the Foyer area as a class.

Venue: Mercedes Hogan Theatre OLMC, Our Lady of Mercy College, Heidelberg 36 Yarra Street, Heidelberg 3084

Parking: PLEASE ALLOW ENOUGH TIME TO FIND A PARK AND GET TO THE VENUE, IT is a busy area!

Street parking is available a few blocks around the theatre. Paid parking is available at the upper and lower Woolworths car park next door to the theatre, and there is also a free car park on nearby Cape Street or parking at the hotel across the road.

There are a handful of tickets available for any extra families who would like to purchase them.
