A Word from the Acting Principal 

As we move through another busy and exciting term, it continues to be wonderful to see our students embracing new learning opportunities, celebrating milestones and representing our school with pride. There have been many highlights in recent weeks, and I would like to take a moment to acknowledge the efforts and achievements of our students, staff and families.

Student lead Conferences

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all students, families and staff for their participation in our recent Student-Led Conferences. These conferences are an important part of our reporting process, providing students with the opportunity to share their learning, achievements and goals with their families. It was wonderful to see our students speaking so confidently about their progress and to witness the strong partnerships between home and school that support their success.

5/6 Life Education

Our Year 5/6 students recently participated in the Life Education program, focusing on relationships, personal development and growing up. This valuable learning provided students with age-appropriate information and opportunities for discussion as they continue to develop their understanding of health and wellbeing. Our Prep to Year 4 students are also looking forward to participating in their Life Education sessions in the coming weeks, where they will engage in a range of learning experiences focused on health, wellbeing and making positive choices.

Smile Squad

We were also pleased to welcome the Smile Squad team to our school. Students who were registered for the program had the opportunity to have their dental health checked and access preventative dental care services. Thank you to the families who participated in this important initiative.

100 Days of Prep

Congratulations to our Prep students who recently celebrated their 100 Days of Prep! It was a fantastic day filled with fun and excitement as students marked this milestone with a range of creative activities. Highlights included making necklaces with 100 Fruit Loops, enjoying fairy bread decorated with hundreds and thousands, and participating in many other engaging 100-day themed activities. The students looked fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed celebrating how much they have learned and grown during their first 100 days of school.

5/6 T-ball

A special congratulations also goes to our Year 5/6 T-ball team who competed in the T-ball Division Finals. Our students represented the school with great sportsmanship, determination and teamwork. They worked hard, gave their best effort in every game and showed noticeable improvement throughout the competition. We are very proud of their achievements and the positive way they represented our school.
