Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Old Virgilians Association Inc. will be held as follows:

Venue: St Virgil’s Senior Campus

 

Business of the Meeting

 

The business to be conducted at the meeting will include:

 

Confirmation of the Minutes

 

To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.

 

President’s Report

 

To receive and consider the President’s report on the activities of the Association for the past year.

 

Financial Report

 

To receive and consider the Treasurer’s financial report for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

 

Election of Office Bearers

 

To elect members to the following positions:

  • President
  • Vice President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Committee Members

     

General Business

To consider any other business that may properly be brought before the meeting.

 

Nominations

 

Nominations for committee positions must be submitted to the Secretary prior to the meeting in accordance with the Association’s rules.

 

Attendance

 

Members are encouraged to attend and participate in the meeting. Only financial members are entitled to vote.
