Careers
Located in the Library at the Holloway Road campus, the Careers Room is open every lunchtime. Students are welcome to come around and browse resources, ask questions, or book an interview with Deb Hanlen. Abbie Goddard has joined the Careers Department and will be working across Years 7-10.

Year 12
Year 12 students are making plans for next year. Some are applying for tertiary courses through VTAC, and some students have already secured apprenticeships and are headed to the workforce.
VTAC applications opened on July 29th and timely applications close on September 30th at 5 pm. Students attended a VTAC assembly, and a range of resources have been sent to them to guide them through this process. Included in the resources were a list of webinars run by VTAC. If any students or parents would like some assistance, please contact me and make an appointment.
Years 9 and 10
All Year 9 and 10 students have had a subject selection interview and have submitted their subjects for next year. The Careers Room is open at recess and lunchtime if anyone has any questions.
We will also be introducing the 2025 Work Experience Program to Year 9 students next term.
Years 7 and 8
An extensive career program is being delivered to Years 7 and 8 and will conclude in the next two weeks.
