Property Updates:

Leo and his carpenter friends from Life Community Church have been working long and hard—and voluntarily—for our school.

Recently, he worked until late Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to complete this pathway project to our dance stage. In winter, this area is a total bog, and children regularly end up ankle-deep in mud to get to the dance stage. Not any more, though, thanks to Leo.

In late February, Fletcher Community Living will drain and mulch this area and then install a number of raised garden beds. Our children will help construct these under the guidance of volunteers from the Oke Charity. They will also install a large tunnel house for us to raise plants and seedlings for our enviro garden.

NB:

We are losing the four temporary classrooms but were allowed to salvage the decking timber and roofing. This is being repurposed for several projects - including this walkway project.

Big thanks to our Property Manager, Shane, for working so hard to salvage the valuable materials before the buildings are removed.
