Victorian Teacher Aide Appreciation Week 11 - 15 May

Education support staff are crucial for the learning and wellbeing of all students, including those with disabilities and additional needs. Whether they are supporting in the classroom, coordinating programs, or keeping schools running, their work is essential and greatly valued by all of us. Here at Ringwood North, we feel extremely lucky to have amazing Education Support Staff who show wonderful care and dedication in their work with our students. There is a very good chance your child, over their time here, had some positive experiences created due to their interaction with our ES. Fittingly, the theme of this year’s Education Week encourages schools to celebrate what makes them great, including their people. I know every school would say their education support staff are a big part of what makes their school great.

2026 Open Afternoon - Thursday, May 21

Ringwood North is celebrating Education Week 2026 from Monday, 18 May to Friday, 22 May.

This year’s theme is ‘Showcase your school’, encouraging school communities to celebrate what’s great about our school.

There are so many great things about Ringwood North Primary School, from our people to our school facilities, our learning programs and our supportive school community. It's all here at our school!

To celebrate Education Week, our school will be holding an Open Afternoon on Thursday, 21st May. We invite all RNPS families to join us from 2:30 pm to celebrate the awesome efforts of our Teachers and Students.

Join your child for a classroom activity 2:30 - 3:15

Thank you, Liz!

I would like to share that one of our wonderful office staff members will be leaving us to pursue new opportunities. Liz, who makes the entire RNPS community feel welcome and genuinely cared for, will finish with us at the end of next week. On behalf of the RNPS community, I would like to wish Liz all the very best for her next journey. She knows she will always have a place back in our office.
