Christmas Carols Wrap Up
Our goal as PIC was to end the year with a bigger, more festive Christmas Carols to bring the community together for one last event this year. It was wonderful to see the happy smiles all around as students and carers alike enjoyed the festivities.
The stalls were a hive of activity with many happy shoppers picking up impressive creations. Thank you to all stallholders for their hard work preparing so many beautiful offerings. We hope you enjoyed running your stalls!
We were very lucky to get a visit from a very special guest. Thank you to Santa for taking time out of his busy schedule to bring some Christmas joy to the event!
Letters to Santa have been delivered. Ornaments have been hung on the tree, which now sits in the front office. If you did not get a chance to create your family ornament for the tree, please pop in to the office to decorate one to hang on the tree. All ornaments can be picked up on the last day of school.
Thank you to Mel D. (Y2), Margi (Y2) for your organisation of the Carols event. Thank you also to all the helpers for the BBQ (Mick, Mel D. and her mum, Sue, Y2; Penny and Jim, Y1 & 2; Laura and Sean, Prep & Y2), lolly stand (Carolyn, Y4), crafts tables (Lisa S., Y1, Denise Y2 & 4), decorations (Margi and Megan, Y2) and set up and pack up crew (Genevieve H., Y1, 4, 5; Carla D., Y4; Rose and Goran, Y2). Without your help, we cannot run such successful events for our entire school community. Thank you!

| Tuesday, 17 February | Shrove Tuesday We will prepare pancakes for the kids to enjoy at school for Shrove Tuesday. Helpers will be required the night before to make the batter and then on the day of to cook and serve pancakes. |
| Friday, 20 February | Welcome Picnic Our first event for the whole school community. This will be a chance to catch up after the holidays and connect as a school. |
| Friday, 27 February | Prep and New Families Parents Evening Our annual evening for Prep 2026 and new familieparents to get together to meet one another without any kids hanging off them! |
