End of Year Arrangements

END OF YEAR ARRANGMENTS

The last official day of classes for students in Years 7–9 is Monday 8 December.

Tuesday 9 December will be a student-free day for students in Years 7 and 9. Year 8 students attending camp will be required at school on this day from 9:00am to 11:00am to complete camp preparations. Year 8 students can be dismissed at 11:00am if permission has been provided.

The End of Year Presentation Night will be held in the CVCC at 6:00pm on Monday 15th December.

The school office will be closed from 10:00am on Friday 19th December 2025 and reopen at 8:30am on Tuesday 27th January 2026.

END OF YEAR ACTIVITIES

For Year 7 and 9 students:

• Wednesday 10 December – Year 7 Shepparton excursion
• Thursday 11 December – Year 9 Funfields excursion

On the days when students in Years 7 and 9 are not attending their end of year excursions, school based activities will be available at Rochester Secondary College. These activities will run on 10, 11 and 12 December and students will need to sign up for these.

From 15–18 December, the school will provide general supervision only and no formal program will be operating. The last student day for the year is Thursday 18 December.
