Activities

Activities The term has been filled with engaging activities, providing our boarders with plenty of opportunities to connect, stay active, and have fun. 

Some highlights include:

  • Town Leave: Our boarders have enjoyed their town leave, giving them the chance to explore, shop, and relax.
  • PCYC Fit for Life Program: Our Wednesday morning sessions have been a great way to start the day, promoting fitness and well-being.
  • Touch Football Tournament: A fun-filled Touch Football competition, followed by a Football-themed dinner. We also had Bullseye come for a visit. He is the Southcity Bulls mascot. 

  • Mothers Day Craft Activity: Students were able to decorate a coffee cup and a Mother's Day card for their parents or caregiver. 

     

  • Outdoor Activities: Our boarders have been able to kick the football with their friends, play volleyball, and play several other games

     

  • Games In The Hall: We have been able to use the KCC hall for some great activities like Dodgeball and Belly Flop Baseball.

     

  • Kildare Performance, High School Musical: We were able to take 18 students to the performance to watch and support their peers from the boarding house.

     

  • AFL Grand Finals: Our boarders enjoyed watching the AFL grand finals and supported their fellow board members. 

 

Trivia Music Night: on Wednesday 11 June, we held our annual Trivia night where boarders can dress up and participate in a friendly competition among friends. Musical Bands formed this year's theme. 

 

We are looking forward to the rest of the term’s activities that we have planned. We encourage all boarders to continue participating in activities, building friendships, and making the most of their time at Mount Erin Boarding. Thank you to everyone for making this term a fantastic part of the Boarding House  year.
