PLC Focus: Spelling Success in Semester 1!

As part of our school's Professional Learning Community (PLC) focus on spelling, we are delighted to share that students across the school have made excellent progress in Semester 1.

Students achieved between 5 and 8 months of spelling growth in approximately five months of learning, with all year levels meeting or exceeding expected growth.

Our data also highlights the importance of regular school attendance. Students who attended school 95–100% of the time achieved significantly stronger spelling results than those with lower attendance.

These results demonstrate the positive impact of our whole-school focus on spelling and the importance of students attending school every day.
