The celebrations continue at Naranga school

Dear students, families and care,

 

Today the Naranga 3 basketball team won the grand final at Casey Basketball stadium. The final score was Naranga 30 points to Frankston SDS 28 points. A fantastic effort by everyone involved.

 

We were fortunate to have the Polyglot theatre company onsite this week. The music room was transformed into a forest of tall cardboard trees and creatures. The students had the opportunity to add to the magical forest using only paper, tape and their imaginations. The creatures, plants, costumes, characters, stories and adventures sprung to life in this wonderful experience.

 Thank you to Mrs Leiva for organising the incursion. The feedback from students was very positive and they hope to participate again next year.

 

Today all students received a letter informing them of their 2024 teacher and classmates. We aim to make the move as seamless as possible to their new classroom. Students will have the opportunity to meet with their 2024 teacher and classmates next Tuesday at our transition morning.
