VICTORIA UNIVERSITY
New course – Diploma of Youth Work (CHC50421)
VU is excited to announce a new course offering - CHC50421 Diploma of Youth Work. In this 1.5 year (full time) course at Werribee campus, students learn how to support young people across various settings to meet their social, behavioural, health, welfare, developmental and protection needs.
Updated course – Bachelor of Architectural Design
The Bachelor of Architectural Design, will replace the Bachelor of Building Design in 2025. This new course has been designed in close consultation with industry professionals to better align with evolving industry standards and accreditation requirements.
Partnering with Ambulance Victoria for paramedic excellence
Ambulance Victoria and VU have formalised a partnership to advance paramedic education, research, and training with the creation of Australia’s first Centre of Excellence in Paramedicine at our Sunshine Campus.
The new centre cements the commitment of both organisations to enhance the education and practice of paramedicine and foster innovation and excellence in pre-hospital emergency care.

THE UNIVERSITY OF MELBOURNE
Mildura Meet Melbourne Event
Date: 7 May
Future Students team are visiting select cities and towns to meet with prospective undergraduate students to discuss their study options and the exciting campus life that awaits at Melbourne.
They will start in May with visits to Mildura and Echuca, followed by other regional and interstate towns and cities from May to August. Details to come.
