We’re kicking off Project Compassion 2025 in style with a Pancake sale.
When: Tuesday Week 6, 4 March during Break 1
Where: Outside C1
$1 each or 3 for $2
A variety of spreads available
All proceeds to Project Compassion.
On Friday 7 March the College will be launching Heartworks@Chev from 3.45pm-6.00pm. Heartworks@Chev will be held in McGrath Hall and is a gathering for students who would like to further engage in fellowship, games, social justice activities and Spirituality of the Heart on a Friday afternoon. The opportunity is open to all students in Years 7 to 12 and will be held on the first Friday of the month during term time.
For our first gathering, part of the afternoon will include learning more about the Vinnies Food Van before students help to make sandwiches to be distributed through this service. A sausage sizzle will also be provided for students before the conclusion of the afternoon at 6pm.
To assist with catering, students will be asked to register their interest in attending through the student daily notices during Weeks 5 and 6.
This webinar is free and open to all parents, caregivers, and anyone interested in supporting the mental health of teens in their care.

IMPORTANT: We aim to have the fixtures and bus times uploaded to School Links by Wednesday each week. Please check the fixtures on a Friday afternoon/evening for any last minute changes to bus times and/or game cancellations.
All buses will leave from the bus zone on Charlotte Street. Students leaving the College should be dropped off in the JFC car park.
We are pleased to see the growing enthusiasm for our gym facilities at Chev. Due to the increased attendance, we will be implementing the following attendance structure starting from Week 6:

We are excited to announce an upcoming Chevalier College Netball Camp. Ali Smith and Teigan O’Shannassy, two star players who have played with the Sydney Swifts, will be sharing their skills.

As Term 2 approaches, we would like to remind you that the winter uniform is mandatory for Terms 2 and 3. To avoid the inconvenience of having to visit the school during the break, we encourage you to begin preparing your winter uniform now.
You may either visit the clothing shop in person or place an order over the phone during the shop's opening hours listed below.

Please be aware that all students are expected to have their Student ID card with them at school. Students currently in Years 7, 9 and 11 will be issued with a complimentary ID card this year. Students currently in Years 8, 10 and 12 will be issued with a complimentary ID card in 2026.
If your child is in Years 8, 10 and 12 and they have misplaced or lost their ID card, they can purchase a replacement card for $15 through the MSP Photography ordering website.
The Australian Government Department of Education requests non-government schools to provide address details to inform Australian Government school education policy and help to ensure funding for non-government schools is based on need.
Chevalier College is required to provide the department with the following information about each student at the school by no later than Wednesday 14 March 2025:
