Term 3 Week 3

Friday already. A big thank you to all the staff and students for another big week at FHS. The theme for this week seemed to be connecting with Wurun, with a couple of excursions - our Year 9 Romeo and Juliet performance and the VCE music performance - allowing for our junior campus students to go and spend some time at the senior campus. These two opportunities were also done in conjunction with Collingwood College, allowing students to start building those connections before they all come together in Year 11. Our Year 10 students have been thinking hard about Wurun all week as well as they have been considering their VCE subject choices.

Looking ahead to next week.

Monday: VCE Subject Selection Due - if you are a Year 10 student make sure you put your preferences in before they close on Monday.

Tuesday: Debate team final debate for the year. Our junior debate team are out for the final time this year. It's been a tough season but we will be back better than ever next year.

Wednesday: Games club is card games on a Wednesday. Drop in to the media room if you want to get out of the cold and play some games.

Friday: Year 8 Engage students are heading to Torquay for surfing. Pack your wetsuits it is going to be fresh in that water.
