Social Justice in Term Four
We understand the celebrations that take place at the end of our year to be a joyous time spent with family and friends. At this time however we always think of those less fortunate than us, and the ways in which we can use our spirit of generosity to assist in some small way.
In December each year we ensure we host a Social Justice Fundraiser, and we will do so again in 2026. Last year we made our wonderful student Christmas Cards which raised valuable funds for St Vincent de Paul.
We have not yet decided on what we will host this year, but please expect information to be passed on about it in the coming weeks. We know our beautiful community will once again embrace this opportunity to help others!
The Nativity and much more!
Speaking of the end of the year, we know that our beautiful celebration of Advent leading to the Birth of the Lord is fast approaching. This will include the chance to pray and reflect together, as well as our always wonderful Carols event.
You might think that Religion lessons in classrooms this term will purely focus on the events of Christmas, but that's not the case! This is an important time in our church calendar so each class will cover it, however we also have separate concepts planned for this term for our students to dive into. Have a look at each below!
As you can see our students have quite a bit of valuable learning ahead of them!
May we continue to think and pray for each other as the term unfolds, and embrace everything our amazing school and community has to offer.
Take care!
