PRAYER
The month of November is traditionally a time in which all Catholics remember those who have died. It is related to the fact that the end of November is the end of the Liturgical Year with a new year starting on the First Sunday of Advent in December. We are reminded in this final month of the church year, to pray for the souls of all our family and friends who have gone before us to meet God.
During November families may like to light a prayer candle after Mass and pray for your departed loved ones. Below is a simple Litany of the Saints that could be prayed:
Holy Mary, Mother of God…..Pray for us
Saint Michael…..Pray for us
Holy angels of God….Pray for us
Saint Joseph………Pray for us
Saint John the Baptist…..Pray for us
Saint Peter and Saint Paul…..Pray for us
Saint Andrew……Pray for us

Saint Mary Magdalene……Pray for us
