Lord God,

Help us to remember the sacrifice of the first ANZACs, Australian and New Zealander, and the generations of men, women and children who have died in the cause of liberty and peace. Help us to remember those who still bear the physical and mental scars and disabilities of their service.

AMEN

This year, we have introduced The Resilience, Rights and Respectful Relationships (RRRR ) Program as part of our whole school approach to positive behaviour.  RRRR covers 8 topics of Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) accross all levels of primary education. Our RRRR sequence works on an odd and even year calendar, where every student will cover the required contecnt over a 2 year span with the exception of Foundation who will cover all units in their first year.

RRRR  is an initiative to support schools promote and model respect and equality. It also supports educators to teach our children how to build healthy relationships, resilience and confidence. Developing positive and respectful relationships is an important part of a student’s emotional and social development. The relationships in a student’s life, including those with friends, family and peers, can influence their physical health, promote self-esteem and assist them in developing a sense of belonging.

2027 YR 7 STUDENT PLACEMENT FORMS

All grade 6 students families have received a Yr 7 2027 placement form.  Please return all placement forms to school by Wednesday 6th May.

EVERY DAY COUNTS - STRENGTHENING OUR ATTENDANCE TOGETHER

We remain strongly committed to improving attendance outcomes for all students. We know that consistent school attendance is one of the most important factors in supporting learning, wellbeing, and a strong sense of belonging.

As part of our ongoing focus, we are placing particular emphasis on reducing and eliminating unexplained absences. Ensuring that all absences are explained is not only a requirement, but also helps us to better understand and support each child’s circumstances.

We appreciate that families are balancing many responsibilities, and we thank you for your continued support and partnership in this important work. By working together, we can ensure every student is at school, engaged, and ready to learn each day.
