Parent Payment Arrangement 2026

Information for Parents

• Health Alert 

  We wish to inform parents and guardians that there has been a number of illnesses within the school community. We ask that you remain vigilant for any signs or symptoms of illness in your child. Should your child become unwell, please ensure they remain at home until they have fully recovered.

  We also encourage families to remind children about good hygiene practices, such as regular handwashing, covering coughs and sneezes, and avoiding the sharing of food or drinks

  This precaution will help to reduce the spread of infection and maintain a healthy environment for all students and staff. We appreciate your continued support and cooperation. 

• If you intend to enrol your child in Foundation at Dandenong South Primary School next year, please collect the enrolment form from the office as soon as possible, so you are able to attend the last Orientation session.

   

• If you are bringing your child to school after 9:00 am, please bring them to the office first before proceeding to the classroom.

   

• If you want to drop off your child's lunch or snack during school hours, please report to the school office first. Our admin staff will be happy to assist and ensure it is delivered to your child promptly.

Grade Placement Request 

If you want your child to be placed in a grade for educational purposes, please feel free to come to the office and collect a "Grade Placement Request Form" . The last date to submit this form is Friday 14th November 2025.
