🎪 Robbie Mac Fair – 1 Week To Go! 

We are officially in the final countdown! One week to go until the Robbie Mac Fair — and there is a LOT happening! 🎉

⏰Final week timeline

• Wednesday 12th 
  • Raffle ticket stubs and cash due back - to your child’s teacher or the office
  • Ride wristband presale closes today at 7pm
• Friday 14th 
  • Pre-loved toys & books donation drop-off – 8:45-9:15am
  • Cake, jam and plant donation drop-off – 3-4pm in the Performing Arts room
  • Loan equipment drop-off – 3:30-5:30pm in the gym
• Saturday 15th – FAIR DAY!
  • Cake, jam and plant donation drop-off – 10-11am in the Performing Arts room
  • Loan equipment drop-off – 9-10am in the gym

📚🧸 Final Pre-Loved Toy & Book Drop Off 

We’ve scheduled one extra last collection this Friday 14 Nov, 8:45am–9:15am. Thank you to everyone who has donated so far – keep the good quality toys and books coming!

🎁 Donations – Mystery Bottles Especially Welcome 

Collection Month has officially ended, however if you still have something you’d like to donate, especially Mystery Bottles to the office, we’d greatly appreciate it!

🛠️Can You Lend Us Equipment? 

We still need some equipment loaned from our community; Eskys, trestle tables, pop-up gazebos, power cords, etc.

Pre-purchase your ride wristbands now and get in before pre-sale closes on Wednesday 12th Nov at 7pm.

✨Silent Auction Launches Tonight! 

Our Silent Auction goes live today, Friday 7 Nov at 7:00pm.

Jump online and bid on some amazing items including accommodation packages, restaurant vouchers, experience passes, hampers, and even teacher tokens such as ‘Principal for a morning with Peter Watson’!

🍰🌿 Cake, Jam and Plant Stall Donations 

We’d love your help to make it a huge success by donating home-baked goods, plants, or homemade jams and preserves.

Drop-Off Times & Location - All cake, plant, and jam stall items:

• Friday 14th November: 3.30pm–4pm to the Performing Arts Room
• Saturday 15th November: 10am–11am to the Performing Arts Room

Items will be priced on the day.

🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️Volunteers Still Needed 

We urgently need more stall volunteers. Even 1–2 hours helps enormously!

PLUS — one lucky stall volunteer will win a $100 Amor Mexico restaurant voucher, drawn at random after Fair Day from the volunteer sign-up sheets.
