BFPS Special Events Information
We’re holding the School Fun Run’s Crazy Colour Day as a major fundraising event this year!
The event will be held on 5th December. We are really hoping to raise $20,000 which will pay for a new projector and electronic scoreboard for the school gym.
Sponsorship forms were sent home with your child earlier this week. Once you have the form, you should sign up for a Student Profile Page at schoolfunrun.com.au. You’ll be able to access online fundraising.
Students who raise $10 or more will receive a reward, and the more money you raise the better the reward, and the more you help the school!
We’re looking for all students to participate and we’re organising a great day for our community, so we’d love everyone to come down to support the kids.

We are also looking for any volunteers who would like to help run the events with our students. If you are interested in volunteering on the day please email Jayde McLeman on Jayde.McLeman@education.vic.gov.au to express your interest.

Zooper Dooper Fundraiser – Supporting Grade 6 Graduation!
Students can purchase Zooper Doopers for $1 each on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at lunchtime during Term 4 (Weeks 2–9).
STEAM Centre Expo – Thursday 13 November
The STEAM Centre Expo is coming up on Thursday, 13 November, from 2:45pm to 5:00pm.
This is a fantastic opportunity for our community to explore the amazing work happening across STEM, Art, and Music and to take a look inside our renovated STEAM Centre if you haven’t yet had the chance.
What to expect:
- 🖼️ A range of student work on display from Art, STEM, and Music.
- 🎶 A special choir performance outside the STEAM Centre at 3:30pm.
- 🔬 Free interactive art and STEM activities run by our talented student leaders.
Come along and celebrate creativity, innovation, and learning in our school community!
Integrated Studies Expo - Foundation!
It’s that time again! Time for our termly Integrated Studies Expo! This term it is the Foundation students turn to show off their learning.
In term 4 Foundation students have been focussing on the science of living things and the world around them.
Please join us on Monday November 10th from 2:30 – 3:30pm in the Foundation classrooms to check out the wonderful learning that has been going on with our Foundation scientists.
