Celebrating Our Father Figures
We also hope that all the father figures in our community had a fantastic Father’s Day! Whether you celebrated with family, friends, or took some well-deserved time for yourself, we hope it was filled with love and joy. Thank you for the important role you play in shaping the lives of our students and inspiring them every day.
We want to extend our deepest gratitude to the parents and carers who contributed their time and energy to make our recent Father's Day events such a success.
St. Mel's Disco ~
Our annual school disco was a huge success. We danced up a storm. There was a great atmosphere and some amazing tunes by DJ Steve!!!
Thank you to our parent volunteers who gave their time to ensure this fun-filled event could go ahead. Thank you, especially to the following volunteers ~ Leah, Tammy, Les, Jobelle, Bella & Danae.
Social Committee ~
Dear Families,
Throughout the year, our Social Club organises events that raise funds and enrich your child’s school experience. Attached is a copy of this year’s event roster, and we would love your support!
As a small team, we rely on the generosity of our school community. Please take a moment to review the event list and consider volunteering. Your help—no matter how big or small—makes a real difference!
To get involved, simply fill out the form, indicating the event(s) you’d like to assist with and circling any roles you’re interested in. Return your completed form to the school office as soon as possible. We’ll be in touch with more details.
A reminder, volunteers need to complete all requirements for volunteering for any role that is undertaken in the presence of children and / or young people or where children and/or young people are reasonably expected to be present. Further details can be located on our school website or by contacting our School Administration Office.
If you have any questions, suggestions, or feedback, please reach out to us at socialclub@smshepparton.catholic.edu.au.
Thank you for your continued support—we look forward to a fantastic and fun-filled 2025!
Kind regards,
St Mel’s Parents' Social Club
