Victorian President's Report

As Term 3 begins, we extend a warm welcome back to all our members. We hope you had the opportunity to rest, recharge, and spend valuable time with loved ones over the break.

This term brings continued opportunities and challenges in the shared pursuit of educational excellence and strong school leadership. The APF remains committed to advocating fiercely on your behalf, ensuring your voice is heard at every level of decision-making.

We know the demands on school leaders continue to grow, and we are here to support, represent, and empower you. Whether it's navigating policy changes, addressing workload pressures, or seeking clarity on contractual matters, the APF is by your side every step of the way.

As we look ahead, we take this opportunity to acknowledge Principal’s Day, to be celebrated on Thursday 1st August. Initiated by the Victorian Principals Association (VPA), this day is an important moment to recognise and celebrate the exceptional leadership, dedication, and impact of school principals across the state.
