PAM Medical Updates & Connect Fields

In the past week you would have received emails to tell you that you need to log in to PAM and complete permissions for the 2026 school year for your students. It is important that you action these as soon as possible.

Thank you to those who have already done so, but please just log in and check that you have completed everything as some things had to be resent.

It is also important that you go into your students medical profiles and update these as they need to be kept current and will be referred to throughout the year by the teachers. If you have an trouble accessing PAM or completing this please contact the office.

PAM PERMISSIONS

If you receive a PAM notification it is important that if your child is unable to attend the activity that you decline the permission rather than not actioning it. If your plans change & you want your child to attend an activity that has been declined, please contact the school office as we can rectify this.

CONNECT SURVEYS- PAM

We have sent out two Connect Surveys to families on PAM. These can be accessed via the bell on your PAM account.

At the beginning of each School year St Mary's publishes a booklet containing Parents/Carers contact information for reasons such as birthday parties, play dates etc. You will need to complete this survey to be included in the 2026 Booklet.

All information is held in the strictest confidence unless authorised for distribution to the school community by the Parents/Carers.

Once the 2026 St. Mary's Contact List is published there will be no further additions. The cut off date for the survey will be Monday 16th March.

The second survey is for the St Mary's Foodbank. At times we require food to support families in our school community. If you are willing to contribute to the St. Mary's Foodbank please complete the survey.

Brooke Fleming, our Foodbank Coordinator, will contact you when Foodbank needs replenishing. If we have a comprehensive list, contributors will only need to be contacted on minimal occasions throughout the year.

SCHOLASTIC BOOK CLUB

The Scholastic Book Club will go home today. Orders will be due by the Monday 16th March. FROM 2026 WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING CASH ORDERS. Orders will now have to be placed online using the Student Order Form at the back of the catalogue.
