Catholic Identity

Catholic Identity at St Mary’s Beginning the Year Together
As we begin a new school year, we celebrate our shared identity as a Catholic school community. At St Mary’s, faith is lived each day through prayer, relationships, learning, and service to others.
Our Catholic identity is woven into all aspects of school life. Students are encouraged to show kindness, respect, compassion, and responsibility in the way they treat others and care for our world. Through daily prayer, liturgies, Religious Education lessons, and opportunities to serve, students are supported to grow not only academically, but also spiritually and socially.
We value our strong partnership with families and recognise the important role you play in nurturing faith at home. Together, we aim to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where every child feels a sense of belonging and is supported to grow in confidence, faith, and character throughout the year.
