At Birranga College, we believe that the foundation of a successful educational experience is rooted in the wellbeing and engagement of our students. As we embark on preparing the school for 2026, we are excited to share some frameworks in place to ensure that every student thrives in a supportive and enriching learning environment.

The Values and Engagement Matrix and Classroom Support Process serve as tools for both students and staff, promoting behaviours that enhance classroom interactions and overall school culture. It provides clear expectations for engagement, allowing students to understand how they can contribute positively to their learning environment. This proactive approach not only enhances academic performance but also nurtures a sense of community and mutual respect among peers.
