A number of LSA students competed in the football Grand Final for the Moe U14s team recently. The boys were undefeated all season, keeping their winning streak after beating Tarwin in the Grand Final. Well done boys and congratulations to Year 9 student Mekhi Hayes who received Best on Ground!
Last week, our Intermediate Girls Soccer Team competed in the State Finals. The girls won one of their three games which was a fantastic effort.
All students have been provided with a Sports Academy diary, which they use to record weekly goals, gratitude, homework and daily reminders for all subjects and events.
The diary is a great learning tool and we would love parents to take an interest in students' homework, learning tasks and everything else that is going on at school.
As we approach the end of Football/Netball season, we wish those who have made finals the best of luck and we look forward to hearing about it soon!
