Numeracy Curriculum Update

Maths & DigiTech Olympics

Last Wednesday, 10 grade 4 students from Westbreen were invited to participate against 6 local schools at Glenroy College's Maths and Digitech Olympics. 

Students tackled exciting challenges including LEGO Bridge Building, Rocket Smash, Estimation & Calculation and Desmos Graphing, showcasing their problem-solving, creativity, teamwork and perseverance.

We are incredibly proud to share that Westbreen won the overall competition! 

Our students represented Team Westbreen with pride and demonstrated our school values throughout the day. Congratulations to all our students on this outstanding achievement!

The Principal of Glenroy College, Andrew Arney will present the shield to our students at assembly tomorrow morning.
