Still need to order school photos?
If you are still interested in ordering your child's school photos, please note that the original access key has now expired.
Each student has now been assigned an individual access key. To obtain your child's access key, please email the school at banyan.fields.ps@education.vic.gov.au. A response containing your child's access key will be sent to you.
If you are unable to send an email, please visit the school office and we will be happy to provide the access key to you in person.
Reminder for Families – Student Enrolment Information
Yesterday, families were emailed a copy of their child’s Student Enrolment Information Form from Banyan Fields Primary School.
We kindly ask all parent/carers to please check their emails and carefully review all information provided, including:
- Contact details
- Residential address
- Emergency contacts
- Medical information
- Parent/carer occupation details
If any information needs updating or correcting, please reply to the email with the updated details or return the amended form to the school office as soon as possible.
Keeping your child’s information up to date is very important to ensure we can contact families when needed and maintain accurate school records.

IMPORTANT UPDATE!
We are updating our attendance process. From now on, we will no longer be using the school absence email or voicemail system for reporting student absences.
If your child will be absent, please log the absence directly through Compass.

2026 Canteen
The Banyan Fields Primary School canteen is now open for orders!
From Wednesday 4th February, we’ll be using Flexischools for canteen ordering at our school. Over-the-counter sales will be available at recess and lunchtime!
🍎 Canteen Days: Our canteen will be open on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, making lunch orders quick, easy and cash-free!
🤔 What is Flexischools?
Flexischools is Australia’s #1 school ordering solution, used in over 2,100 schools nationwide. It allows parents and students to conveniently order and pay for school lunches through the Flexischools app, available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).
The canteen menu and further information regarding Flexischools will be attached.
Over-the-counter sales will be available at recess and lunchtime. Please ensure students bring no more than a $10 note. Any amount over $10 will require a phone call home.
