Good Luck to Our Unit 3 & 4 Students
As the Unit 3 & 4 exams began on Wednesday 9 October and run through until Wednesday, 20 November, the Senior School would like to extend our best wishes to all students. This is a significant milestone, and we are confident that your hard work and dedication will pay off.
Students are permitted to take the day before any exam as a study day, allowing them to prepare from home.
We encourage students to stay focused, manage their time well, and look after their wellbeing throughout the exam period. To the parents and families, thank you for your ongoing support during this important time.

End of Year 12 and SWOTVAC Information
As we approach the final days of Year 12 classes and the SWOTVAC period, here are some important details:
Thursday 17 October - Last Day of Year 12 Classes
- Class Schedule: All students are expected to attend their scheduled classes as usual and are not allowed to join other classes. During study periods, please use the designated study spaces. Students with a double study-period will be required to attend the Drama Room, where the Senior School will be running activities.
- Attendance will be taken.
- Water Policy: Students should not bring water bottles; water will be provided throughout the day.
- Lunch: A lunch will be provided for all Year 12 students in the Drama Room.
- Period 5 - Final Bell Countdown: At 3:00pm, Period 5 teachers will escort students to the back oval (or the Drama Room if it’s raining) for the countdown to the final bell. Students are allowed to have their phones for this special moment.
Friday 18 October - Year 12 Breakfast
- Time: 9:00am - 10:30am
- Location: Showcourt
- Student Walk from Eltham: In past years, students have organised a walk from Eltham to school, which is usually led and coordinated by the students themselves through social media.
SWOTVAC
- Teachers will be available for consultation in your regular classrooms until Tuesday 29 October. After that, please arrange a time to meet with your teachers via email before your exams.
