What are we looking for?

We are looking for students who are demonstrating our school values. These behaviours are all listed in our Naranga School Expectations Matrix.

*Xavier (JTER): being a safe, respectful, responsible learner

* Johan (SWAL): for excellent skills demonstrated at work experience at Woolworths

*Nhial (SMCN): for doing great work with his weekend writing and maths operations

*Angel (SPAL): for working so well on her maths, especially addition with carrying

*Tanessha (SPAL): for being really helpful in Sport & Recreatio,n collecting equipment and packing away laptops

*Levi H (SWAL), Levi W, Tanessha (SPAL), Chloe, Ella (SSMC), Blak,e and Monique (SMCN): for helping sort ALL the sports equipment in the gym. Amazing job

*The Aerobics Team: for a great session practising the routine. Keep up the great effort!

The Sustainability Star goes to Junior McFaul this week for participating in the Schools Tree Planting Day. You did a fantastic job! Thank you

This week’s friendship cup goes to Lucas, Ashton and Elijah F. Lucas was reading a "Do not Open this Book", Elijah began acting out the pages as Lucas was reading, Ashton joined in acting it all out. All three were interacting really well together each acting characters of the book. They all chose different books to act out and read by all taking turns. Each student did amazing playing/reading with each other.

Torrah (SWAL)

Torrah consistently shows kindness and enthusiasm in everything she does. In the classroom, she is always ready to lend a helping hand - whether it's assisting her classmates with their work or offering encouraging words to those who need a boost. She is a great friend to everyone. Her positive attitude and friendly nature help make our school a welcoming and supportive place for all. 

APRIL

Habel (JMAS)

Habel is always friendly towards and inclusive of all his classmates, in particular he is inclusive of  Jayden. He will take Jayden's hand and bring him across to join in games in the yard and if Jayden is upset, he will come and draw with him.
