July and August was a jammed pack month, the whole centre got involved in the following events. Head over to our Facebook Page to see highlights of our calendar of events here at Haven.
Paris Olympics
Each 4 years when the Olympics come around it is always amazing to watch and celebrate all athletes, while providing a learning opportunity for children to discover and try sports. At Haven we embraced the Olympics with an opening ceremony and then mini Haven Olympics over the 2 weeks with the sport events including basketball, gymnastics, soccer, golf and shot put.
Book Week
A week of creativity, imagination and curiosity while exploring the love of reading and language.
Science Week
Science week is all about experimenting, hypothesising, investigating and seeing some reactions. Each room held their own science activities which included lava lamps, colour melting, sinking/ floating, dancing milk and volcanos.
Jeans for Genes Day
